I am very proud of all of for having completed the 8 week Learn2Run program and doing 3.2k run. Well done! All the hard work during the last 8 weeks paid off.
Some of you were asking what next? well, if you want to maintain the current level of fitness then keep repeating the last week session but if you plan to do a 10k then wait a bit as I plan to announce a training program for 10k/half marathon runners with a goal of participating in the Kaveri Trail Marathon, an event organised by Runners for life. The training is expected to start in the second week of June’2016. Do let me know if you wish to sign up for training by dropping an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
