This summer you have an opportunity to transform yourself through physical exercise. One way to do that is Learning to run. Here is a free 8 week program that will take you from couch to running a 3.2km in 8 weeks – all it requires is a bit of effort and determination from you.
My role will be to keep you motivated and help you in this journey. So, if you are ready, signup here – the program starts on 25th April and last for 8-weeks. On 24th April I will organise a information session at the club house (details will be sent to those who register) telling you more about the program and answering any questions.
