Welcome to the fourth edition of “Learning to Run for Beginners” which I henceforth refer to as Learn2Run which begins on 16-Nov-2015 and is 8 weeks long. I am glad you signed up for it and am sure you will benefit from it.
To know more I invite you to attend an information on 13-Nov-2015 at 6:30 pm at our Club house TV Room where I will share more details about the Learn2Run program, some tips on staying fit and answer any questions you have.
This session could last between 1 to 2 hours. Please ensure you attend this as I will not be doing another session for those who miss it.
