The NTCB Run is 7 weeks from today. You have just about enough time to prepare to run a 5k and to make this easier here is 7 week Training plan 5k. The plan is easy to follow and meant for beginners, however, one needs to follow the daily schedule. Like most things this will require effort from your end to be able to successfully run 5 km.
